Andy has over 15 years experience within the Building Services Engineering sector. He has a proven track record of delivering small, medium and large scale projects and to meeting of exceeding clients expectations.

Andy’s expertise lies in his knowledge of mechanical systems and their impact upon the building in terms of energy efficiency and thermal comfort. He possesses a willingness to embrace the project team and work together to achieve the brief as set out by the client. His hands on approach to the design stage, his ability to apply many design solutions to a engineering situation means he is able to deliver projects on time and within budget with the correct design solution.. His experience covers a wide range of sectors including Commercial, both Cat A and Cat B fit-out, Education, Retail and Residential Buildings.

Andy’s areas of responsibility include the overseeing and delivery of the Building services principles for a portfolio of projects within the London and South East of England. Responsibilities include procurement, marketing, designing, through to site management and project completion
