This project has achieved 76.0 % (EXCELLENT) in a Design and Procurement bespoke BREEAM assessment and 80.6% (EXCELLENT) in a bespoke BREEAM Post Construction Review. This is the highest score of any bespoke building to date and reflects the exemplary sustainability credentials of the design and the surrounding site.
